The platform
Three applications. One commerce system.
The customer experience, the tools used to operate the business, and the commerce engine behind both were built as parts of the same platform.
Storefront
Make complex products easy to buy.
The customer-facing application handles discovery, multiple product types, regional and platform decisions, checkout, customer value and everything that happens after purchase.
Discovery
Breakers Store
Selected view
Discovery starts with a mixed catalog of games, gift cards, subscriptions, top-ups and hardware presented as one coherent storefront.
Across the platform
From checkout to fulfillment.
A purchase crosses several boundaries, but every application works against the same commercial state. The storefront initiates it, the backend owns the transaction, and the admin application exposes the result to operations.

Migration
Rebuild without stopping the business.
The replacement was built beside the live WooCommerce store rather than forcing the business through a risky incremental rewrite.
Legacy stayed live
The existing WooCommerce store continued serving customers while the replacement was being built.
Build in parallel
Storefront, Admin Dashboard and Backend were developed as a separate production system without disrupting the running business.
Validate the replacement
The new platform was brought to a deployable state before any customer traffic depended on it.
Cut over
The applications were deployed to the VPS and the domain was pointed to the new infrastructure.
Delivery decision
Separate the migration risk from the product rewrite. Customers continued using the existing store until the new platform was ready, making the final release a controlled infrastructure cutover instead of a prolonged transition between two partially complete systems.
Product walkthrough
See the platform in motion.
A quick walkthrough of the live product, from the customer experience through the broader commerce platform.

Product proof
The walkthrough complements the case study by showing the product as an operating system rather than a collection of isolated screenshots.
Outcome
What changed wasn't only the stack.
The rebuild changed how customers buy, how the business operates, and how much of the commerce lifecycle can happen without manual intervention.
order volume
6×
The rebuilt platform supported substantially more commercial activity than the legacy operation.
auto-fulfilled
90%+
Provider integrations, local inventory, routing and recovery removed most manual fulfillment work.
monthly revenue
$3M+
Payments, financial state and fulfillment operate through one commerce engine at meaningful business scale.

Continuing platform
The storefront was the first client, not the final boundary.
Storefront and Admin already share the same commerce backend. The next mobile application can build on that foundation instead of recreating the platform behind it.
